Strategi Kepemimpinan Transformasional dalam Mendorong Perubahan Perilaku Organisasi di Lembaga Pendidikan Islam
Abstract
Lembaga pendidikan Islam menghadapi tantangan dalam menyesuaikan perilaku organisasinya terhadap dinamika sosial, budaya, dan teknologi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi kepemimpinan yang mampu mendorong perubahan perilaku organisasi secara efektif dengan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Islam ke dalam praktik kepemimpinan transformasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas strategi kepemimpinan sangat bergantung pada integrasi nilai spiritual Islam, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, dan perilaku kolaboratif dalam mengelola perubahan organisasi
