Manajemen Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 16 Paoh Benua: Analisis Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi

Pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar memiliki peran strategis dalam mempersiapkan kompetensi global peserta didik sejak dini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pembelajaran bahasa Inggris di sekolah dasar yang mencakup aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran dalam konteks implementasi kurikulum dan kesiapan sumber daya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik sampling dilakukan secara purposive dengan melibatkan guru bahasa Inggris, kepala sekolah, dan siswa sebagai informan utama. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi proses pembelajaran, serta dokumentasi perangkat pembelajaran dan hasil evaluasi siswa. Analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan, disertai triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk menjamin keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pembelajaran telah disusun sesuai kurikulum dan mencakup empat keterampilan berbahasa, namun kedalaman desain pembelajaran masih dipengaruhi keterbatasan waktu dan kapasitas pedagogis. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran menerapkan strategi variatif dan interaktif, tetapi belum optimal dalam integrasi teknologi dan pemanfaatan multimedia. Evaluasi pembelajaran masih berfokus pada aspek kognitif dan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan asesmen autentik terhadap keterampilan komunikatif siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya penguatan manajemen instruksional berbasis kebijakan dan peningkatan kapasitas kelembagaan sekolah guna memastikan implementasi pembelajaran bahasa Inggris yang lebih efektif dan berkelanjutan.
