This journal is a scientific journal managed by the Department of Educational Administration, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang in collaboration with the Association of Bachelor of Educational Administration (ISMAPI), which specifically has the scope of this journal covering educational planning, educational management, educational supervision, educational leadership, school management, school administration, human resource management, educational organizational communication, educational public relations, teaching and learning; (teaching development, teaching, educational projects and innovations, learning methodologies and new technologies in education and learning, assessment). This international journal is part of the commitment of Educational Adminidtration Department, Faculty of Education, Universitas Negeri Padang in the world of education, which is expected to be a medium for the exchange of ideas, knowledge, information, and technology among education experts and practitioners. Journal of Educational Administration and Leadership is not limited to, primary education, secondary education, higher education, teacher education, special education, adult education, non-formal education, and any new developments and advancements in the field of education.
